About this service

Summary

In short, I'll be your temporary Head of Marketing / CMO - I'll design a fully comprehensive strategy for your marketing efforts, based entirely on you business and current data.
From there, I can also continually advise on performance, startegy adjustments, and all relevant marketing efforts.

Process

First and foremost - this is a rough breakdown of the process, as depending on your available data, budget, etc, the steps will change to accommodate those things. (i.e, if you've never done any ads, there will be no ads data to review)
First Step: An initial meeting for us to discuss specifics, your business, what you do, how you want to do it, what your goals are, what your target market/group is, and just everything else about how you want to go forward. Second Step: With the meeting done, from here i'll need any Data you have on hand that will be relevant. We'll discuss this in the meeting, but we'll call 'Step 2' the part where you give me all the data I need. Typically, this process can take a couple hours to a couple days, depending on the amount of logins and data available.
Third Step: Analysis. I go over all your data, as well as current business goals, and everything else we discussed about your company so that I can get a good feel for what your current status is and where you want to / need to go.
Fourth Step: The fun part. This is when I start putting together the ''key points'' you need to focus on. For example, If your target group is mostly on Facebook, this will be a focus area, or if your website needs to be updated to accommodate the growth you need, this will be a focus area, etc.
Fifth Step: Overall Strategy: Once we've got the key points and pain points settled, this is when I develop the overall strategy for your brand. This strategy will encompass all the channels you want to include and should include - I "ll also mention any areas that need particular focus, or that aren't as important.
Sixth Step: Review. This is when I go over everything with you. From there, we discuss the strategy, and if there are any changes you'd like, more details, any questions, clarifications, or just any other help regarding how to implement the strategy and how to do it.
Seventh Step (optional): Optimization: if agreed upon, and at an extra cost, I can also come and go over your current performance, then work with you to analyze and optimize your current marketing efforts. For example, improving target groups, segmentations, etc. This is highly dependent on your current performance, and I'll also advise you if you're doing great overall!

This strategy will focus on any specific channels you want to include, as well as recommended channels based on your business.

  • Continued Strategy and Performance Analysis

    A continual analysis of current ad performance from a 'Fractional CMO' perspective, taking into account your revenue, success of ads, data, etc. This will include SEO audits, Data Analysis, Market Research, and more. The review will provide any strategy updates, optimizations, pain points, and just generally adjust the course of the strategy where needed and focus on optimizing performance.
