Based on available data and your needs, I will create:
Terrain: Based on DEM (Digital Elevation Model) data
Landcover: Classified using deep learning on satellite imagery
Foliage: Procedurally generated based on real distribution, density, and height
Roads, Rivers: Generated using data from sources such as OpenStreetMap

What's included

Unreal Engine Base Environment
An Unreal Engine Project (.uproject) containing the base landscape as well as all assets used to create the landscape

I can, but they will only be generic, not accurate. However, I can place any assets you supply.
Depends on the available data for the location. Currently the entire world is available in at least 30m resolution (meaning each pixel represents a 30mx30m area), but some areas may have higher resolution data, such as 10m, or best case, 1m. Contact me to find out what's possible for your project.
I source my foliage from asset packs, and the variety is limited. If you need custom foliage, you will need to provide the assets.
