FAQs
Do you work with an existing brand identity?
Yes. Event visual identity can be created either from scratch or built on top of an existing brand system. In the second case, the event visuals are adapted to fit the event’s context while staying aligned with the parent brand.
What if we don’t know all the assets we’ll need from the start?
That’s completely normal for events. During the first call, we define the essentials and priorities, while leaving room for additional materials that may appear as the event preparation evolves.
How is the design delivered during the project?
Design assets are delivered gradually, aligned with the event timeline. Each completed part is ready for immediate use, so the team can start working with the visuals without waiting for the full set.
How long does the visual identity stage usually take?
The core event visual identity is typically developed from 3 weeks. This initial stage creates a solid foundation that allows teams to start using visuals early in the preparation process.
When is the best time to start working on event visual identity?
It depends on the scale and format of the event. Smaller events may require a shorter preparation period, while larger conferences or conventions usually start several months in advance. For example, a convention planned for June may begin visual development in January or February, depending on the amount of promotion and materials needed.
What's included
1. Event Visual Identity Foundation
Core visual system created as a starting point for the event. Includes: • event logo system • core visual identity • color palette & typography • graphic elements and patterns This foundation sets the direction and allows the project to move forward without delays.
2. Adaptive Identity Development (Early & Ongoing)
A flexible visual identity that starts in an early-use version and evolves throughout the event preparation. • enables immediate creation of priority materials • supports early communication (landing page, first social templates, announcements) • develops and expands as new needs appear The identity is intentionally designed to grow together with the event, not to be fully fixed from day one.
3. Event Assets Creation (Priority-Based)

4. Scope Definition & Add-ons
During the initial call, we: • define essential assets • set priorities and production order At the same time, the process remains flexible: • additional needs may arise during preparation • add-ons are handled naturally as part of the collaboration
5. Ongoing Collaboration & Asset Delivery
Continuous collaboration throughout the entire event lifecycle. • assets are delivered in stages • materials are ready for immediate use • close communication before, during, and shortly after the event
