Ongoing care for an existing website. Includes 2 hours per 30-day service period, with a target response within approximately 3 business days.

Included time can cover content changes, minor layout adjustments, bug fixes, dependency and update checks, and basic deployment support. Work begins once the required access is available.

Unused included time does not roll over. Work beyond the monthly allowance is discussed and approved before billing at $45/hour.

Major redesigns, new applications, substantial integrations, and feature expansions are separately scoped.
