Includes 1 hour of support per month for routine deployment help, configuration checks, uptime and availability review, and minor hosting-related fixes. Support begins within 1–2 business days after required access is provided.

Additional work is billed at $45/hour, only with approval. Unused time does not roll over.

Major migrations, infrastructure changes, redesigns, new feature work, and substantial changes are scoped separately.
