I offer a satisfaction guarantee with milestone-based payments. If you're not satisfied at any major milestone, we'll work together to adjust the approach or provide a partial refund.

Basic documentation and usage guide
I provide a comprehensive guide that acts as technical documentation for how to best utilize the model. It will include what it is trained on, what prompts it is given, and any other pertinent information to rapidly include it in your workflows.
30 days of email / Contra-based support after launch
I do my best to continue supporting all my clients. For AI Agents, I provide 30 days of ongoing support asynchronously in the event of any issues within scope of the project we've completed.
