What's included
1. Discover and Understand
Project Onboarding:
Collaborate with the team (UX / Product) to gather info about your needs as a business and align on the project goals and objectives.
Benchmark and Competitor analysis:
Benchmark similar flows from competitors defining problems and opportunities.
Conduct in-depth research into the product industry, and target users' needs. Conduct competitive research to understand how competitors solve similar problems.
2. Define
Ideation and Wireframes:
Generate ideas and concepts. Translate design ideas into wireframes, align them with your product strategies and foster early feedback and improvement.
3. Design
Web/App mockups:
Design pixel-perfect mock-ups for mobile and desktop that resemble the final product. Which includes visual components, color schemes, and typography. Structure mockups to ensure clear flow navigation and behaviour.
Design system:
Develop a design system a standardized guide covering UI components (e.g. buttons, forms), and visual design (e.g. color palette, typography) behaviors to ensure consistency. Delivered as a Figma file.
Usability testing:
Leverage customerās target users and run usability testing of the created design concept. After gathering insights in one place iterate design if needed.
Deliverables
Handoff to developers:
To make sure they implement the design same as itās delivered in Figma
