  Project Onboarding: Collaborate with the team (UX / Product) to gather info about your needs as a business and align on the project goals and objectives. Benchmark and Competitor analysis: Benchmark similar flows from competitors defining problems and opportunities. Conduct in-depth research into the product industry, and target users' needs. Conduct competitive research to understand how competitors solve similar problems.

• 2. Define

  Ideation and Wireframes: Generate ideas and concepts. Translate design ideas into wireframes, align them with your product strategies and foster early feedback and improvement.

• 3. Design

  Web/App mockups: Design pixel-perfect mock-ups for mobile and desktop that resemble the final product. Which includes visual components, color schemes, and typography. Structure mockups to ensure clear flow navigation and behaviour. Design system: Develop a design system a standardized guide covering UI components (e.g. buttons, forms), and visual design (e.g. color palette, typography) behaviors to ensure consistency. Delivered as a Figma file. Usability testing: Leverage customer’s target users and run usability testing of the created design concept. After gathering insights in one place iterate design if needed.
