Summary

I've created a brand strategy framework, I've used on clients from multinational corporations like SEGA and Reebok through to startups like Clair and Mettle.
It uses 4 key components: Audience challenge, product position, point of difference and brand platform to give you a flexible framework for growth through brand.

Process

A 4 week process includes:
Onboarding and Introduction. A kickoff meeting begins a period of discovery on the brand and includes up to 5 stakeholder interviews within the organization.
Development / Refinement. A series of 3 meetings covers off my synthesis of your information into a brand framework which we review together.
Signoff and Socialization. Final sign off on the brand framework is then supported with up to 2 rollout meetings into your organization.

    A concise 15-20 slide presentation covering every element of your new brand, including: - Brand Mission - Brand Vision - Audiences - Brand Positioning - Product Benefit Hierarchy - Point of Difference - Competitor Audit - Brand Platform - Tone of Voice - Communication Behaviours - Visual Guidelines It does not include in the base price visual identity creation, naming or asset creation.
