Process

1. Discovery & Kickoff (Optional Call)

We’ll start with a quick call or message to align on your product, goals, and brand vibe. You can also skip this if you’re ready to dive in.

2. Submit Your First Request

You’ll get access to a shared task Trello board ( or Notion/Slack/email — your choice) where you can start submitting design tasks.

3. Design in Progress

I’ll work on one task at a time with a fast turnaround (typically 1–3 business days depending on complexity). You’ll receive files in Figma with all components structured and ready for dev.

4. Revisions & Approvals

You can request unlimited revisions — I’ll fine-tune until it’s perfect and ready for implementation.

5. Ongoing Support

Keep submitting new tasks throughout the month — from landing pages to mobile screens, dashboards, or sales flows. I’ve got you.

What types of projects can I request?
You can request landing pages, marketing websites, full UI for apps, dashboards, wireframes, and more. I can also help with UX improvements and design systems.
How many tasks can I submit?
Unlimited! You can queue as many tasks as you want. I’ll work on them one at a time, in the order they’re received.
How fast is the turnaround?
Most requests are completed in 1–3 business days. Larger or more complex flows (like full apps or dashboards) may take a bit more time.
What if I need more revisions?
No problem! Revisions are unlimited and included in the subscription. I want the final designs to feel just right.
Can you work in my tool (Figma, Webflow, Framer, etc.)?
Yes — designs are delivered in Figma, but I’m happy to align with your preferred stack or handoff format if needed.
