About this service

Summary

A deep-dive content audit that helps you scale inclusive UX without sacrificing clarity or consistency. This audit goes beyond surface-level edits to uncover how your content supports (or blocks) users.
I'll assess one user journey in depth and deliver annotated, strategic recommendations with a focus on clarity, accessibility, inclusion and product consistency.
Ideal for teams ready to build with care at scale.

Process

Step 1: Kickoff call (or async intake form)
We'll align on your product goals, user needs and target flow.
Step 2: Full content audit
I'll review your flow for tone, cognitive load, accessibility and other UX issues.
Step 3: Annotated report
You'll receive either a detailed document or slide deck with examples and solutions. The deliverables are built to be collaborative and easy to reference internally.
Step 4: Follow-up support
One round of async Q&A to help your team take action confidently.

FAQs

  • How is this different from the mini audit?

This is a deeper dive with strategic annotations, accessibility focus, and more collaboration. It's ideal for scaling, not just fixing.

  • What kind of flows can be audited?

Common flows include onboarding, checkout, dashboards or other multi-step interactions – anything core to your user experience.

  • Do I need to join the kickoff call?

Live is ideal, but I offer an async option if that works better for your schedule or workflow.

What's included

  • Kick-off call (or async intake form)

A focused session lasting 30-60 minutes, to align on goals, users and the flow to be audited. If you prefer async communication, I’m happy to gather input via a written intake form instead. Please note this may add 1–2 days to the timeline if I need to follow up with any clarifying questions.

  • Full UX content audit of 1 user journey

A detailed review of one core experience to identify clarity, tone and UX content issues.

  • Accessibility and neurodivergence lens applied

Content is assessed for cognitive load, inclusive language and usability across diverse needs.

  • Annotated document or slides with recommendations

Clear, visual suggestions with examples and fixes – easy to share with your team.

  • Follow-up Q&A

You’ll have one round of async follow-up via email to ask questions or get clarification to support smooth implementation.
