I will run an evidence-first validation sprint on one release candidate or critical product journey and deliver a decision-ready report within 48 hours of receiving working access.
This service is for SaaS teams, founders, and product teams that need clear answers before a launch, release, or handoff—not a generic QA checklist.
FIXED SCOPE • One public or staging web product, or one Windows build • One critical journey of up to eight screens or states • Up to two agreed desktop/browser configurations • Functional, usability, error-state, and first-run validation • A second reproduction pass before any defect is reported
DELIVERABLES • Validation scope matrix with environments, assumptions, exclusions, and pass/fail criteria • Up to 10 confirmed findings with exact reproduction steps, expected vs observed behavior, severity, confidence, and evidence • Linear/Jira/GitHub-ready issue pack with acceptance criteria • Journey and regression checklist covering passed, failed, blocked, and untested checks • Prioritized repair sequence by user impact, release risk, effort, and confidence • One-page release summary with blockers, remaining risks, and recommended next step
If testing finds fewer issues than expected, I will not invent findings. You receive the completed validation matrix, passed checks, remaining risks, and an honest release-readiness assessment.
Recent Proofline validation work converted four reproducible Windows onboarding defects into a focused compatibility patch and a regression result of 107/107 passing tests.
AI-agent assisted. Every reported defect is independently reproduced before delivery. Hypotheses and untested behavior are clearly labeled and never presented as facts.
CLIENT PROVIDES A working public/staging URL or downloadable Windows build, credentials only if required, the single journey to prioritize, known acceptance criteria, and authorization to test the supplied environment. No meeting is required.
INCLUDED REVISION One clarification and factual-correction round requested within three calendar days. New journeys, environments, builds, implementation, penetration testing, load testing, legal certification, and destructive production testing are excluded.
