FAQs
How long does it take to complete a project?
Our service turnaround times depend on the specific project, but we do offer expedited options if you need something quickly. Generally, our logo design process takes about 1-2 weeks, brand identity projects range from 3-5 weeks, and website projects typically require 3-4 weeks. Please note that the exact timeline for your project may vary based on its complexity and how promptly we receive your feedback. Feel free to reach out to discuss your project and check our availability!
How will we communicate?
We’ll begin with Google Meet video meetings to discuss your project and review the initial concepts. For quicker updates, we’ll use email or send brief recorded videos. If you prefer not to use video chat, we’re happy to communicate via phone calls or email instead. We’re flexible and happy to accommodate whatever works best for you!
We don't live in the same counrty. Can we still work together?
99% of our clients are from outside the local area, so we handle projects remotely using live video calls and pre-recorded videos to keep everything on track.
What's included
Consultation
Provides a strategic session to define your brand’s values, mission, and target audience. It includes an assessment of current assets and market position, creative direction for visual style, and a detailed design brief. This ensures that the brand identity aligns with your vision and sets a solid foundation for the design process.
Logo Design
Primary Logo: The main logo used for most branding materials, featuring the core design elements and typography. Alternate Logo Versions: Variations of the primary logo, such as horizontal or vertical layouts, to ensure versatility across different applications and formats. Icon or Symbol: A simplified graphic or emblem derived from the primary logo, designed for use in smaller spaces or as a recognizable brand mark.
Typography
Involves selecting and combining two or more complementary fonts to create a cohesive and visually appealing brand identity. This typically includes: Primary Typeface: The main font used for headlines, titles, and key brand messaging, chosen for its strong personality and readability. Secondary Typeface: A complementary font for body text and supporting content, selected for its contrast and harmony with the primary typeface.
Color Palette
Refers to the set of colors chosen to represent your brand. It typically includes: Primary Colors: The main colors used for key brand elements like the logo and major design features. Secondary Colors: Additional colors that complement the primary ones and are used for accents, backgrounds, or supplementary elements. Color Codes: Specific color values (such as HEX, RGB, CMYK) to ensure consistent use across different media and platforms.
Custom Icons
Custom brand icons are unique and original graphic elements designed specifically to represent a brand or company.
3 Revisions
Means you get three opportunities to provide feedback and make changes to the design. First Round: Review the initial design and suggest changes. Second Round: Adjust the design based on your feedback. Final Round: Make any last tweaks to finalize the design.
