About this service

Summary

A website is often one of the first big interactions a consumer has with your brand, while researching products or services and if your business centres around an app, it is your entire business and product all in one.
The importance of the design and usability of your website and app cannot be understated, and can make a huge differences in converting users into customers.
My process and design will help ensure that your business and app get the conversion rates they deserve.

Process

We'll have an initial discussion about your website or app. This includes, its purpose, important functions and/features and who will be using it.
From there I'll send back a return brief, which outlines the main points discussed and becomes our contract and brief for guiding the design process.
I'll then start the design process, coming back with 2 designs with some sample templates and moodboards that I think speak to the brief.
Once a direction has been chose, I'll roll the design out to all the page needed for the final website.
At this point, you'll get a chance to feed back on the designs and the user flow. Based on your feedback, I'll make changes and present them again. There will be 2 opportunities to feedback on the designs and user flow.
Once approved, I'll send through the final Figma design files that can be used by your development team to build the site.
*If you require someone to oversee the build, please let me know and this can be factored into the project scope and estimate.

What's included

  • A completed, website or app design

    At the end of the project, you'll have a completed design in Figma, that can be taken to a developer to be built. The design will be created and prototyped through Figma, allowing you to click through the design in a basic way, that mimics the final live website.

  • Manage the build with developers (optional)

    I'm available to work with developers to manage the build of your app or website, to ensure it matches the signed off designs. If there are any changes required throughout the course of building, I'll be available to update existing designs on the fly.

  • User testing (optional)

    I can run user testing through a variety of methods to ensure the final live website or app is something that feels intuitive and user friendly to the target audience.
