Days 1–3: Discovery brief filled in, sitemap and section structure approved, content planning locked, platform choice agreed (Webflow / Framer / WordPress + Elementor — we recommend based on what you'll do post-launch).

Days 4–9: 2 homepage design concepts presented for your review. You pick the direction — then we develop it into custom Figma design (up to 5 pages, all responsive breakpoints — desktop, tablet, mobile). Copywriting for hero, CTAs, and headlines on every main page. Sent for sign-off before any code.

Days 10–13: Development on chosen platform, on-page SEO + AI search optimization (structured data, llms.txt, citation-ready content), speed optimization, opt-in form + autoresponder integration (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or your preferred email tool).

Full pre-launch QA pass — site tested across browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and real devices (desktop, tablet, mobile), forms and autoresponder validated, integrations checked, speed verified, all pages reviewed.

Day 14: Launch + handoff page (Notion-style link with everything we did) + Loom walkthrough so you can edit the site yourself.

After launch:

2 weeks of free post-launch maintenance, 3 revision rounds, source files (Figma + platform export).

Option A (recommended): We buy the domain and host the site. Flat monthly fee covers hosting and uptime monitoring. Option B: You own everything — we recommend hosting and hand you a step-by-step setup guide

7-person production team. Webflow, Framer, WordPress + Elementor, Rive, SEO, GEO, QA, copywriting — all in-house. Sitemap before design. We don't subcontract anything and sign NDAs for sensitive work.

To keep projects moving smoothly, we ask clients to stay reasonably responsive during production.

If communication is paused for an extended period, your project may be moved out of the active production queue. When you're ready to resume, we'll continue the work based on our current availability.

If you later require an urgent turnaround due to delays in communication, priority scheduling may be required and can incur an additional rush fee.

Otherwise, the project will resume according to the next available production slot.
