Process

1 Discovery Call
During the discovery call, we'll explore your project's goals, target audience, and key messages to ensure a clear understanding of your needs and vision. We'll also go over branding requirements, stylistic preferences, and any specific requests you may have. Lastly, we'll discuss your timeline and budget to ensure alignment from the start.
2 Proposal + Contract
After the discovery call, I'll share a detailed proposal outlining the project scope, timeline for delivery, and pricing and payment terms. Once you've reviewed and approved the proposal, we'll move forward with a contract that finalizes the terms and expectations of our collaboration.
3 Direction + Design
After the contract is signed and I've received your content and branding assets, I'll begin by developing initial design concepts that communicate your message effectively. Then I'll move on to refining the visual style, layout, and overall aesthetic to align with your brand identity and project goals.
4 Initial Review + Revision
Once the initial draft is ready, I'll share the document with you for feedback. Based on your input, I'll make the first round of revisions to the layout, content and design.
5 Final Review + Approval
I'll then share the updated document for your last round of feedback. Once you've approved the final design and content, I'll prepare the final files for delivery.
6 File Delivery
Upon receiving payment, I'll deliver the final document in an editable format, along with PDF formats for print production and/or online distribution

    Final document delivered in editable file format (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Word) with print-ready PDF format for production. PDF format is also available for online distribution.
