Process

1 Discovery Call

During the discovery call, we'll explore your project's goals, target audience, and key messages to ensure a clear understanding of your needs and vision. We'll also go over branding requirements, stylistic preferences, and any specific requests you may have. Lastly, we'll discuss your timeline and budget to ensure alignment from the start.

2 Proposal + Contract

After the discovery call, I'll share a detailed proposal outlining the project scope, timeline for delivery, and pricing and payment terms. Once you've reviewed and approved the proposal, we'll move forward with a contract that finalizes the terms and expectations of our collaboration.

3 Direction + Design

After the contract is signed and I've received your content and branding assets, I'll begin by developing initial design concepts that communicate your message effectively. Then, I'll move on to refining the visual style, layout, and overall aesthetic to align with your brand identity and project goals.

4 Initial Review + Revisions

Once the initial draft is ready, I'll share the presentation with you for feedback. Based on your input, I'll make the first round of revisions to the layout, content and design.

5 Additional Review + Revisions

After the requested adjustments have been made, I'll provide you with the updated presentation to review and provide additional feedback. You'll have 2 more rounds of revisions available to you.

6 Final Review + Approval

After incorporating all your feedback, I'll finalize the design and share the updated presentation for your final review. Once you've approved the final design and content, I'll prepare the final files for delivery.

7 File Delivery

Upon receiving payment, I'll deliver the final presentation in an editable format, along with any other files requested (e.g., PDF format). If applicable, an HTML/interactive version of the presentation will be provided.
