What is dynamic presentation?
A dynamic presentation includes animated and interactive elements that make it more engaging than a static presentation. This can include: - Transitions between slides - Animation of objects on each slide - Visual effects - Interactive elements (clickable buttons, links, etc.) - Media elements such as video or audio The purpose of a dynamic presentation is to captivate attention, keep the audience engaged, and make your message more memorable. It also conveys professionalism and shows that you truly believe in the product, service, or idea you are presenting. Dynamic presentations require formats that support interactivity and animations, such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, interactive PDFs, or web-based presentations.
How much does a Presentation Design cost?
The cost depends on several factors: - Complexity: Non-linear navigation, advanced animations, transitions, or interactive elements will increase the effort required. - Content volume: More slides, images, text, or effects naturally add to the price. Having to compose text, and create images and videos also add to the price. - Revisions and deadlines: The number of adjustments, tight deadlines, or multiple iterations can affect cost. - Time-intensive factors: Waiting for approvals, frequent meetings, or major changes during the process can also raise the price. All these elements are agreed upon during the 1. Discovery & Strategy Session deliverable, where we define the number of slides, animations, content, and allowed revisions. Any additional work beyond this scope will be billed separately at my hourly or daily rate. Possible price (this is only an average to give you an idea). Minimum: - 10 slides, client-provided content, minimal design work, no dynamic elements. - Just professional layout, visual polish, and handoff. - Approx. Range: $800 – $1,200 USD Mid-range (typical pitch deck): - 15–20 slides, some content creation or text refinement, light dynamic elements or transitions, moderate media (icons, charts, images). - Professional handoff package included. - Approx. Range: $1,500 – $2,500 USD Maximum: - Up to 30 slides, content creation/composition, fully dynamic with transitions, animations, media (video, audio), interactive elements, complex layout. - Complete handoff, templates, source files, media files, and final outputs. - Approx. Range: $3,000 – $7,500 USD
How long does it take to get the final presentation design package?
The timeline depends on several factors: - Complexity: Non-linear navigation, advanced animations, transitions, or interactive elements require more effort and extend the production time. - Content volume: More slides, images, text, or effects naturally take longer to design. Composing content, creating images, or producing videos adds additional time. - Revisions and deadlines: The number of adjustments, tight deadlines, or multiple iterations can affect delivery. - Time-intensive factors: Waiting for approvals, frequent meetings, or major changes during the process can further extend the timeline. All these elements are defined and agreed upon during the Discovery & Strategy Session, including the number of slides, animations, content, and allowed revisions. Any work outside this scope may extend the delivery time and incur additional fees.
