FAQs
How many years have you been working in web design?
I've been working in the digital media space since 1998, and in web design since 2000. My experience goes far beyond traditional web design. As a multidisciplinary creative manager & senior designer, I have a strong background in graphic design and have spent over 14 years managing both projects and teams. My expertise includes: - UX/UI Design: Comprehensive UX/UI for video games, mobile apps, and web platforms. - Cross-Media Solutions: Web-to-print and cross-media promotion. I have been working as a freelancer since 1997, which has given me the unique opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects and develop a versatile range of skills.
How much does a typical web design package cost?
A typical web design package can vary widely depending on scope and complexity. As a reference, a stylish one-page landing site usually starts around $2,000 USD, while a more dynamic, multi-page website generally ranges between $3,000–5,000 USD or more. The exact cost depends on several factors, such as the number of pages and sections, the complexity of navigation and features, whether full content and media are provided or need to be created, and the level of polish required for prototypes. Optional add-ons like motion design, detailed documentation, or ongoing collaboration with your development team can also influence the budget. My approach is transparent: - Once we agree on a scope, I guarantee delivery within that plan and absorb any miscalculations on my side. - The only adjustments to cost or timeline come from client-requested changes beyond the initial agreement, or from hidden elements not presented before the design process begins. - This way, you get clarity upfront, flexibility when needed, and the reassurance that your investment matches the value delivered. My pricing evolves over time, but the structure remains the same with three options: 1) Rate per hour – for any project, any size. 2) Rate per day – for medium or larger projects (or complex small ones). 3) Flat rate – for recurring clients, large-scale, or very complex projects with bigger budgets. These options can be mixed when needed; for example, adding daily or hourly rates on top of a flat package for extra work. Ask for my latest rates and request your personalized quotation today.

How much time does it take on average to design a website?
The timeline for a website project varies greatly and is directly tied to its complexity. There is no single average, as a project's length depends on several key factors. The most significant factors are the scope and features of the website, including the number of pages, the kind of functionality required (such as an e-commerce store or a booking system), and whether it will include custom animations or interactive effects. The project's timeline is also heavily influenced by content, specifically if I am responsible for writing copy, creating videos, or sourcing images. After we have a detailed discussion about your specific needs and expectations, I will provide a clear project timeline. My goal is to deliver efficient and high-quality work, so I will not rush a project or compromise on quality to meet an unrealistic deadline. However, I am committed to finding a solution. If your deadline is tight, we can explore a phased approach or bring in trusted partners to accelerate the process, for an additional fee. To give you a general idea, a small, static landing page could take a couple of weeks to deliver a full package. In contrast, a large-scale project with multiple sections, custom features, and extensive content can take two months or more to complete. My priority is to protect my work and reputation while delivering a final product that you will be proud of.
What's included
1. Discovery & Strategy
We begin with a focused strategy session to understand your brand, goals, and audience. This step defines the project’s direction, clarifies what the website needs to achieve, and ensures the final design aligns with your business objectives. You’ll leave this stage with a clear plan and creative vision for your new site.
2. Wireframes & UX Flow
Next, I design wireframes that map out the layout, navigation, and content flow of your website. These "blueprints" show how users will move through your site, ensuring an intuitive and seamless experience. This stage gives you a preview of the structure before any visuals are applied, reducing risks and saving time later. We created the initial documentation for the game's logic, mechanics, layout, content, flow, and UX parameters, as well as its recommendations and restrictions.
3. UI Design & Visual Identity
Here, the website comes to life visually. I create high-fidelity mockups that integrate your brand’s colors, typography, imagery, and design elements. The result are modern, stylish, and user-friendly interfaces that strengthens your brand identity and captures your audience’s attention. We update the documentation to include the visual identity, UI parameters, and restrictions.
4. Responsive Website Designs & Prototypes (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile)
I deliver high-fidelity prototypes that showcase exactly how your website will look and behave across devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile). These interactive mockups give you and your developers a realistic preview of the full experience before coding begins, saving time and reducing costly revisions. This may include some HTML and/or CSS, depending on your needs. We update the documentation with any adjustments from testing, add links and information about the prototypes, and include any other important parameters or information.
5. Motion & Interactive Design Features (Optional)
To bring your site to life, I design interactions, animations, and transitions that make the experience more engaging. Whether it’s hover effects, scroll-based animations, or interactive elements, you’ll see how users will interact with your site in a polished, visually dynamic way. Updating or creating new, more detailed versions of the prototypes in Figma and/or Framer. We also update the documentation with links, etc.
6. Developer-Ready Handoff Package
You’ll receive all final design files, assets, and documentation needed for seamless integration by a developer. This includes organized source files, colors, typography, images, video assets, all the documentation, and interactive prototypes (e.g., via Figma, Framer, or similar). May includes other files formats. Everything is packaged to make development straightforward and efficient.
7. Launch Support & Collaboration Guidance (Optional)
While I don’t handle backend development, I ensure your developers (or chosen team) have everything they need to build the site exactly as designed. I can provide guidance during integration, answer questions, and support smooth collaboration so your website launches successfully without losing design integrity. I can work with your development team as a frontend designer.
