I have a degree in English and minors in editing and creative writing where I studied not only the nitty-gritty details of language but also what makes a good story and how to write compelling characters. I have been beta reading for three years and developmentally editing for over a year. I worked as an acquisitions editor for a science fiction and fantasy magazine, and I've written two of my own novels.

Weak openings, scenes, & endings

Worldbuilding

Reader reactions/emotions
I specialize in YA, romance, historical fiction, science fiction, and fantasy books. I don't read erotic romance.
This does not include line or copy editing (grammar, punctuation, spelling, etc.), but if you're interested, I offer that service too! This gig doesn't include section rewriting or ghostwriting; it provides feedback for the buyer to implement.
