Yes, extensively! Regular check-ins, collaborative workshops, developer Q&A sessions, and stakeholder presentations throughout. This is a partnership, not a handoff-and-disappear engagement.
❓ How do you handle feature prioritization?
Using proven frameworks (RICE, Kano, etc) combined with business goals, user needs, technical feasibility, and market timing. I facilitate prioritization workshops with your team to align on what ships when.
❓ What if requirements change mid-project?
