❓ How many pages are included?
Standard package includes 5-10 pages. Most common structure: Home, About, Services (or multiple service pages), Portfolio/Work, Blog/Resources, Contact. We'll customize based on your needs during kickoff.
❓ What if I need more than 10 pages?
Additional pages are $300-500 each depending on complexity. Or consider batching extra pages into Phase 2 and launching with essentials first.
❓ Do you provide content writing?
I provide structural guidance and copywriting recommendations, but professional copywriting is an add-on ($800-1,500 for complete site copy). Great content is crucial, so I can recommend copywriters or you can provide your own.
❓ Can you use my existing brand/logo?
Absolutely! I'll work within your existing brand guidelines. If you don't have formal guidelines, I'll create a complementary design system that extends your brand for the web.
❓ What's the design process like?

❓ What if I don't like the initial design?
We align on style direction using references/examples before I design anything. If the first design direction misses the mark, I include revision rounds to get it right. My goal is your complete satisfaction.
❓ Can I see examples of your work?
Yes! I'll share relevant portfolio examples during our initial consultation. I can also provide references from past clients if helpful.
❓ Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
After the included 2 weeks, I offer monthly retainer packages starting at $500/month for updates, new pages, feature additions, and ongoing support. Or you can manage it yourself – you'll have the tools and training.
❓ What's not included?
Logo design, professional photography, illustration, video production, extensive copywriting, or e-commerce functionality (basic e-commerce is possible, but full stores need Shopify integration).
