Persona
Based on real-life data, the persona is a fictional character that represents a segment of your target audience, with its specific wants and needs.
User Journey / Journey Map
Based on user research, a Journey Map illustrates the path a user takes and the interactions a user has across different touchpoints to achieve a goal while using your product (app, website, etc.).
Information Architecture
Based on user research, your product's content will be organized and structured in a way that is easily understandable, making it easily accessible to your product's users.
Wireframes
Bringing together the user research findings and the user feedback obtained through usability testing, the wireframes are the blue print of your product's user interface illustrating its structure, functionality and key content elements in a low-fidelity sketch format.
Prototype
A rough version of your product which can be static or dynamic (as agreed), used to illustrate how the final product will work and how users will interact with it. It can be used to test the user flow(s) and locate potential issues. It can be low or high-fidelity (as agreed).
Functional Specifications
Guidelines and reference point for the developers, describing your product's intended capabilities, appearance, and interactions.
