  The monthly retainer service includes performance monitoring, regular system health checks, issue resolution and support, optimization recommendations, software updates, training and documentation updates, quarterly strategy meetings, backup and recovery management, and security audits.

• How often will I receive performance reports?

  You will receive detailed performance reports at the end of each month, highlighting system efficiency, key performance indicators (KPIs), and any issues encountered.

• What kind of support can I expect if an issue arises?

  I provide guaranteed response times for support requests, typically within 24-48 hours, to address and resolve any issues or disruptions in the automated workflows.

• How do you ensure the automated systems remain up-to-date?

  I regularly update the automation software and tools to the latest versions, ensuring your systems have the most recent features and security patches.

• What are system health checks, and how often are they performed?

  System health checks involve routine evaluations of your automated systems to ensure they are functioning smoothly and efficiently. These checks are performed bi-weekly.

• Will you provide recommendations for further optimizations?

  Yes, I analyze system performance and provide ongoing recommendations for further optimizations and improvements as part of the monthly retainer service

• How do you handle data security and compliance?

  I conduct regular security audits to ensure the integrity and compliance of your automated processes. I follow best practices for data protection and adhere to relevant regulations to maintain a secure automation environment.

• What happens if we need additional training or documentation updates?

  I provide updated user manuals and training materials as needed to reflect any changes or improvements in the automated workflows, ensuring your team stays informed and trained on new features and processes.

• Are automation project builds included in the retainer?

  Automation projects are separate from the monthly retainer, which acts as a support line for your company's automations. Automation project builds will be billed separately but, once done, will included in the cost of the monthly retainer at no additional cost. Note: If you use an outside developer to create an automation project and wish for me to include this in the monthly maintenance, any repairs or fixes done for that particular system will be documented and invoiced on an hourly rate.
