Process

DISCOVERY AND RESEARCH:
Begin by conducting thorough research on your brand, target audience, and industry. Gain a deep understanding of your brand values, positioning, and desired visual identity.
BRAND IDENTITY ELEMENTS:
Define and document the core brand identity elements, including the primary logo, secondary logos (if applicable), tagline, and brand message. Specify guidelines for logo variations, clear space requirements, and usage on different backgrounds.
COLOR PALETTE:
Create a color palette that represents your brand’s personality and evokes the desired emotions. Specify the primary brand colors, secondary colors, and any additional accent or complementary colors. Provide color codes for consistency across different mediums.
TYPOGRAPHY:
Select the appropriate brand fonts that align with your brand’s tone and image. Define primary and secondary fonts for different purposes such as headings, body text, and call-to-action elements. Specify font styles, sizes, and any additional guidelines for consistency.
CORPORATE IMAGERY:
Establish guidelines for the visual style and tone of corporate imagery. Specify preferred photography or illustration styles, image treatments (e.g., filters, overlays), and the overall look and feel of images used in marketing materials.
ICONOGRAPHY:
Develop a set of custom icons or specify preferred icon styles to complement your brand identity. Define guidelines for icon usage, sizes, color treatments, and consistency in style.
STATIONERY DESIGN:
Create templates for essential stationery items, such as letterheads and email signatures, following the brand guidelines. Include placement of the logo, typography usage, color schemes, and any specific design elements that maintain consistency across different stationery pieces.
ADDITIONAL BRANDED ITEMS:
Collaborate with you to select four additional branded items (e.g., business cards, brochures, presentation templates) that align with their specific needs. Design these items using the brand fonts, colorways, and other relevant guidelines.
SOCIAL LOOK AND FEEL:
Define the visual style for social media posts, including templates for different platforms. Specify guidelines for post layouts, typography, color schemes, imagery usage, and any branded graphic elements. Design a set of nine Instagram posts to showcase the brand’s social media presence.
WEBSITE LANDING PAGE:
Create a mockup or design guidelines for the brand’s website landing page.
Define the layout, typography, color schemes, imagery style, and any interactive or graphic elements that maintain a consistent brand look and feel.
DOCUMENT AND DISTRIBUTION:
Compile all the brand guidelines, design assets, and templates into a comprehensive document. Include clear instructions and examples to guide consistent implementation across various channels. Distribute the brand guidelines to internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure brand consistency.
