As a seasoned end to end experience creator, creating digital products is something i've done for 15 years. Im offering what I think is a great solution to any web project, Svelte for the frontend decoupled from any backend or CMS. This lends itself to understandable codebases, few dependencies and highly performant frontend ends.

What's included

Development
- Functional Specification Document: Details on how features and interactions will work. - Codebase: The website’s source code, including front-end and back-end code. - CMS Setup: Installation and configuration of a Content Management System (if applicable). - Database Schema: Design of the database if dynamic content is required. - API Integrations: Connections to third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, CRMs, etc.).
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Testing Report: Documentation of tests performed (browser compatibility, device responsiveness, performance, etc.). - Bug Tracker: List of identified issues and their resolution status. - Accessibility Compliance: Checklist or report confirming adherence to standards like WCAG.
Launch
- Staging Site: Fully functioning site on a staging environment for final review. - Go-Live Checklist: Pre-launch steps including DNS updates, SSL setup, and backups. - Live Website: Fully deployed and functioning site on the production server.
Post-Launch Support
- User Guide: Documentation for managing the site (e.g., adding content, updating features). - Maintenance Plan: Agreement for ongoing updates, security checks, and performance monitoring. - Analytics Setup: Integration of tools like Google Analytics and reporting dashboards. - Training: Sessions for the client team to familiarize themselves with the CMS or specific tools.
