At US-based KOPA, working remotely from the UK, I designed, built and maintained the entire AI workflow powering Kopa Hub. It automates document processing, information extraction, cross-document checks, action tracking and closing outputs for commercial real estate due diligence. A 600+ hour process was reduced to 3–4 hours, with human review retained.

Engagements can include process mapping, n8n automation, API integrations, AI agents, document workflows and custom Python or TypeScript tools. I build in evaluation, human review, security, failure handling and cost controls to support reliable production use.
