Up to 2x mood boards will be provided before delivering the first draft of logo designs that align with the client's brand values and vision. 

Up to 3 logo concepts will be presented in the Canva presentation file for easy comparison and selection.

✅ Revisions

Up to 3x revisions on the selected logo design to ensure complete satisfaction with the final outcome. The client will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request changes until the desired result is achieved.

✅ Final Logo Files

Up to 5 format types will be provided in various file formats, including PNG, JPG, EPS, SVG, and AI to meet the client's different printing and digital needs.

✅ Style Guides

Up to 3 color code formats that include RGB, CMYK, HEX Code, and font types used in the logo design to ensure consistency in future branding efforts.

✅ Ownership and Usage Rights

The client will receive legal ownership and usage rights for the logo design, ensuring they have the freedom to use it for all their branding and marketing needs.

✅ Customer Support

The client will receive designer support for any related inquiries up to 14 days after projects have been finished, ensuring they have smooth and seamless experiences with the services.

1. Let’s have casual chats or quick calls! Then we can talk about the visions and missions of your projects. This initial step, helps us stand on the same page before going to the onboarding processes. In other words, this step is a Brand Discovery: A thorough understanding of the client's business, target audience, and brand values to create a logo that accurately represents their vision and goals.
2. I will send you a customized invoice through Contra and additional details including its timelines if needed through an email. Once we have agreed upon the contract, I will create a mood board and first draft. This step is called Conceptualization: A creative process of generating several conceptual logo designs that align with the client's brand values and vision.
3. The last step is Revisions: An iterative process of revisions and feedback from the client to ensure the final logo design meets their expectations.

1. Where can I get my progress and final files?

Fear not, I will update daily on the Canva presentation file which allows both designer and client to see the progress along with its feedback. Once the revisions are done, I will send the final files through the Google Drive folder or an email if you aren’t using Gmail. Additional notes may be applicable for file transfers.

2. What if in the middle I should pivot the concept or need another time to discuss it with my team?

Changing concepts are permitted on the conceptual stage where I give you mood board options. If you need to tweak the full concept after this process then it might need extra fees, starting from $50-70, and will be collected in the invoice.

3. Does customer support cover logo shape revision?

It depends, if it is still within 14 days after the project has ended and only needs light improvements then I will make that up as a service guarantee. But If you make the complaint more than 14 days then it might need additional charges of $30. However, we can have an assertive discussion to find the best solution to launch your great projects.
