Discovery & Research We’ll start with a quick call or form where I learn about your audience, what your bot needs to handle, and what tone of voice fits your brand.
Drafting the Flows I’ll write clear, well-structured conversations — including bot prompts, user responses, fallback messages, and decision paths. I’ll include empathy where it matters and always keep the UX tight.
Review & Edits You’ll get a draft to review. I’ll revise based on your feedback and share any suggestions that can improve clarity or flow logic.
Final Delivery You’ll receive the chatbot scripts in your preferred format — plus optional flow charts and a tone guide for future updates.
Post-Delivery Support (7 Days) I’m available to clarify anything or assist your developer during handoff.
