The process begins with Strategy as the foundation. We'll define goals, target audience, and industry-specific conversion best practices for your Shopify store. If you already have a Shopify site, a full audit will be included for data analysis and to identify opportunities.
Design Concepts & Wireframes
We’ll create two initial homepage design concepts that incorporate the colour schemes, layout structures, and visual elements aligned with your brand. Inner page layouts will also be defined. The design will follow a mobile-first approach, informed by the insights gathered during phase one.
Custom Shopify Development
Once the designs are approved, we’ll develop your Shopify store into a fully functional, responsive website. This includes coding custom features, optimising for performance, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience across devices.
Third-Party App Integrations
Based on your brand's goals, we’ll identify and integrate the third-party apps best suited to your brand. This may include tools for email marketing, subscriptions, reviews, or other features that enhance functionality and customer experience.
Content Management Tutorials
To give you full control over your store, we’ll provide tutorials and on how to update products, pages, and content if required. This ensures you can confidently manage your site day-to-day without relying on outside support if preferred.
30-Day Post-Launch Support
After launch, we’ll provide 30 days of support covering up to 2 hours of minor updates, error fixes, or adjustments. This ensures your store runs smoothly while you get comfortable managing it.
