I will meet with you to review what software you currently have in place and the steps your company takes to fulfill an order or service.
Project Estimate
After a week I will provide a quote for process improvement with estimated savings.
Documentation
During the project, I will document what changes have been made and where the automation in the process is.
Project Management
If you don't currently have a project management tool, I can implement this into your back office process and train your staff to use it properly
