More than a superficial testimonial. Case studies are in-depth documentaries of a happy customer's experience with you. They *educate* readers about your solutions, and give prospects the confidence they need to buy. I provide interviewing, storytelling, research, and content writing expertise to produce a compelling case study that will help you attract and convert prospective customers.

In the meantime, here’s an overview: conduct background research on your solution, write questionnaire #1 (for interview with you), conduct interview #1 with you, write questionnaire #2 (for interview with your customer), conduct interview #2 with your customer, analyze and annotate the transcripts to search for strongest story elements and stand-out quotations, draft the case study, and deliver it to you. I include two rounds of revisions in my pricing.
