Case studies (aka customer success stories) follow a simple, yet powerful narrative: the challenges your customer faced, the solutions you provided, and the results you helped your customer achieve.
More than a superficial testimonial. Case studies are in-depth documentaries of a happy customer's experience with you. They *educate* readers about your solutions, and give prospects the confidence they need to buy. I provide interviewing, storytelling, research, and content writing expertise to produce a compelling case study that will help you attract and convert prospective customers.

What's included

B2B case studies
First, I offer case studies in two lengths: 800 - 900 words (see Algenys case study in my profile); 1300 - 1400 words (see EmpowerID case study). Second, I'm a writer, not a graphic designer, so I will deliver raw text. However, I can invite an expert graphic designer to collaborate on the project. Her work is featured in the Algenys case study in my Contra profile. Third, I'll include suggestions for highlighted quotes (“pull-quotes”) and a sidebar. These elements summarize main points, catch the reader’s eye, and make the case study easy to skim. Fourth, I include two rounds of revisions in my pricing. Finally, case studies can be repurposed for your blog, social media, and email marketing. I'm happy to offer these extra services for a modest fee.
