What’s included in the retainer?
Anything related to design, from brand collateral and digital ads to social media content and packaging layouts. If it’s visual, it’s covered.
Do I need to have a brand identity first?
Yes, retainers are for established brands with finalized identity systems. If you’re still developing your visual foundation, we’ll begin with a Visual Identity Design package first.
How does the 15-hour limit work?
You’ll have up to 15 design hours per month. I’ll track time transparently and share summaries so you know how your hours are being used.
Can unused hours roll over?
No, hours reset monthly to keep timelines consistent and encourage steady creative flow.
What if I need more hours?
Additional time can be added at a preferred hourly rate or billed as a one-time project, depending on workload.
Do you offer a minimum commitment?
Yes. The minimum term is 4 months to ensure continuity and efficiency in the design process.

Monthly Design Support (Up to 15 Hours)
Each month includes up to 15 hours of creative support across a range of design needs. All projects are managed with priority scheduling, time tracking, and open communication for smooth collaboration.
Creative Deliverables
This includes design for print and digital materials, email and newsletter templates, advertising campaigns, banners, packaging and collateral, and social media content. Every design is created to maintain your brand’s elegance, clarity, and consistency.
Ongoing Brand Direction & Quality Control
Beyond design, I provide creative direction and visual consistency reviews. This ensures your brand remains cohesive and aligned across every touchpoint month after month.
