I will write a fully personalised workout plan for you. Here is where most Personal Trainers fall short: they tell you to do exercises you don't want to do, force you to change your schedule, and even give you impractical suggestions based on your training history or circumstances. I will work with all of your needs to produce the best results possible.
Weekly Check-Ins
Every week, we will go through your progress on video call to see how you are getting on. I will offer support and avoid negativity.
