We'll begin with an introductory call where we dive into your business, your goals, and your intended audience. I'll suggest and curate a list of UX strategy exercises and deliverables. Together, we'll decide on a final roadmap summarized in a comprehensive PDF. This may include a breakdown of your decided vision and your set goals, a competitive audit, persona development, empathy mapping, the customer journey, wireframes, product ideation, and UX feature prioritization.
