Summary

A fundamental part of the project is essenuring requirements are clearly stated so they can easily met and surpassed.

I am available to talk through the projects or your requirements and classify them into the feasible and non feasible requirements. Once clear we can then work on a time estimate for project completion

SCOPE

Clear understanding of client requirements and goals.

Agreeing on a project plan that outlines the project scope, timeline, and budget.

Design and development of a web application that meets the client's needs.

Deployment of the web application to a production environment.

Ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the web application runs smoothly.

Communication

We establish a distinct channel of communication, such as Slack, Skype, or email. To improve communication, we can arrange a specific schedule for Google Meetings or Zoom calls. It is crucial to me that we have seamless communication throughout the project's timeline.

Project Success Criteria

The client and I will collaborate on a set of requirement criteria to prevent exceeding the project's scope. To manage the project's tasks and milestones, we can agree on either Trello or Notion

Documentation

In the end, the client will own all of the code that is developed. Therefore, I would offer instructions on how to locally set up and operate the code through documentation.

What's included

Front End Source Code
This includes the HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code that creates the user interface and implements the user interactions. By default will be made available on Github.
Backend Source Code
This includes the server-side code that handles data storage, processing, and communication with external systems. Also will be available on Github
User Documentation
This includes user guides and help documentation that explain how to use the web application.
Deployment & Maintenance Plan
This outlines the steps required to deploy the web application to a production environment and ongoing support and maintenance activities required to keep the web application running smoothly.
