We establish a distinct channel of communication, such as Slack, Skype, or email. To improve communication, we can arrange a specific schedule for Google Meetings or Zoom calls. It is crucial to me that we have seamless communication throughout the project's timeline.

The client and I will collaborate on a set of requirement criteria to prevent exceeding the project's scope. To manage the project's tasks and milestones, we can agree on either Trello or Notion

In the end, the client will own all of the code that is developed. Therefore, I would offer instructions on how to locally set up and operate the code through documentation.
