Process

ONBOARDING: The client onboarding process is started where the designer and client have a discovery meeting to discuss project scope and other project details (via google meet). After the client and designer chat, a short questionnaire is completed by the client to help the designer in the sketching and research process.
PHASE 1: Client Brief & Research The client onboarding process is started where the designer and client have a intro meeting to discuss project scope and other project details (via google meet). After the client and designer chat, a short questionnaire is completed by the client to help the designer in the sketching and research process. Once the questionnaire is completed, the designer begins the first stages of designing, including research and sketching, with the goal of showing two design directions at the start of Phase 2.
PHASE 2: Round 1 Design & Feedback The designer completes the first round of designs and shares the designs with the client. For social template projects, two design directions are shared, for the client to choose one to move forward with. Based on the client's feedback, the designer continues designing the project materials.
PHASE 3: Round 2 Design & Feedback The designer completes the second round of designs and shares the designs with the client. Based on the client's feedback, the designer continues designing the project materials.
PHASE 4: Final Round & Minor Revisions The designer completes the final round of designs and shares a final presentation deck of the designs with the client. Based on the client's feedback, the designer makes minor revisions.
PHASE 5: Deliverables The finished project deliverables are given to the client with all necessary file formats, templates, etc. (with limited access).
OFFBOARDING: Once the designer receives the final payment for the project, the designer gives the client full access to their templates.

FAQs

  • Can I receive any brand assets before the project is finished?

    No, all templates will be provided to the client at the final phase of the service (Phase 5). This ensures that only final brand assets are used for the brand publicly, and not "in process" assets.

  • Are animation deliverables includes in this service?

    No, animation of specific templated posts are not included in this service. This service includes only static post templates and transparent overlays fore reels. If you are interested in 2D animation during the process, we can discuss the addition of animation work. Additional animation work is billed hourly, so if you are billed at a fixed rate for this branding service, then animation would be billed separately at an hourly rate.

  • How many templates do we receive with this service?

    This service has a maximum of 10 templated slides. If a client wants more than 10 templates, then an additional costs will be applied at an hourly rate.

  • 10 Templates

    Client will receive 10 templates that are created from their brand's existing identity. Typical template sets can include, "meet the team" posts, quote/testimonials, logo lockup posts, reel templates, infographic posts, and specialty reoccurring posts (based on the brand). The specifics of each post will be discussed and decided in the first call.
