Need experienced marketing leadership and execution, but not ready to hire a full-time Marketing Manager?
My Fractional Marketing Manager service gives you ongoing, senior-level marketing support without the commitment or cost of adding another full-time employee. I become an extension of your business—helping determine what your marketing should focus on, turning those priorities into action, coordinating initiatives, and making sure things actually get done.
This isn’t just consulting where I hand you a strategy and disappear. I stay involved month-to-month, helping manage your marketing, execute key initiatives, analyze performance, and continually adjust the plan as your business evolves.
It’s ideal for growing businesses that need someone to own the marketing function, rather than hiring several disconnected freelancers or trying to manage everything internally.

What’s Included

Ongoing Marketing Strategy I’ll develop and continuously refine your marketing priorities based on your business goals, performance, upcoming initiatives, and opportunities.
Monthly Marketing Planning Each month, we’ll establish priorities, campaigns, deliverables, and goals so there’s always a clear plan for what we’re working toward.
Marketing Management + Oversight I’ll help keep your marketing moving by managing timelines, priorities, campaigns, and deliverables across your digital channels.
Multi-Channel Marketing Support Depending on your business and priorities, I can support strategy and execution across areas such as:
SEO
Social media
Email marketing
Content marketing
Website + landing pages
Google Ads
Meta Ads
Campaign development
Lead generation
Customer acquisition + retention
Rather than trying to do everything every month, we’ll prioritize the channels and initiatives most likely to make an impact.
Campaign Strategy + Execution From promotions and launches to lead generation and evergreen campaigns, I can help develop the strategy, messaging, creative direction, execution plan, and measurement.
Content + Messaging Direction I’ll help keep your messaging consistent across channels and identify content opportunities that support your larger marketing goals.
Website + Conversion Optimization I’ll identify opportunities to improve your website, landing pages, calls-to-action, customer journey, and other conversion points.
SEO Oversight SEO opportunities can be incorporated into your ongoing strategy, including content planning, keyword opportunities, on-page improvements, and organic performance monitoring.
Email Marketing Support Depending on your priorities, this can include campaign planning, copywriting, newsletters, nurture strategies, automations, and performance optimization.
Social Media Direction I can help establish content priorities, campaigns, messaging, and growth opportunities across your social channels.
Paid Media Oversight Where applicable, I can help plan, review, and optimize paid marketing initiatives across platforms such as Google and Meta.
Analytics + Performance Monitoring I’ll monitor the metrics that matter to your business and use performance data to guide decisions rather than relying on assumptions.
Monthly Reporting + Recommendations You’ll receive a clear monthly recap of what we worked on, how marketing performed, what we learned, and what I recommend focusing on next.
Dedicated Slack Communication You’ll have a dedicated Slack channel for ongoing communication, questions, ideas, feedback, approvals, and updates.
Regular Strategy Calls We’ll meet regularly to review priorities, performance, upcoming initiatives, and anything happening within the business that should influence our marketing.

Monthly Investment

Fractional Marketing Manager — Starting at $2,000 CAD/month
Your monthly engagement includes ongoing strategy, planning, management, hands-on marketing support, performance analysis, regular strategy calls, and dedicated Slack communication.
The exact scope will be established before we begin based on your business, marketing channels, internal resources, and how much execution support you need.
Additional services requiring significant production or outside costs—such as large website builds, extensive graphic design, high-volume content production, video production, or advertising spend—may be scoped separately.
Recommended commitment: 3 months
Marketing needs time to implement, test, learn, and improve. A three-month initial engagement gives us enough time to understand your business, establish priorities, put the strategy into action, and start making decisions based on real performance.
After the initial engagement, we can continue month-to-month.

How It Works

01 — Discovery + Onboarding
We’ll start with an in-depth kickoff to understand your business, audience, offers, goals, current marketing, competitors, challenges, upcoming initiatives, and internal resources.
I’ll also review your existing marketing channels, analytics, brand assets, and previous performance so I have a clear picture of where things stand.
02 — Marketing Review + Priorities
I’ll identify your biggest opportunities, immediate priorities, and any gaps that need attention.
From there, we’ll establish what I’m responsible for, what your internal team handles (if applicable), and where other specialists or vendors may be involved.
03 — Build the Roadmap
I’ll create a strategic roadmap that turns your business goals into marketing priorities, campaigns, and actionable next steps.
Instead of trying to tackle everything at once, we’ll focus our resources where they can make the biggest difference.
04 — Monthly Planning
At the beginning of each month, I’ll establish the key priorities, campaigns, deliverables, and goals we’re working toward.
This keeps the relationship proactive rather than waiting for someone to ask, “What should we post/do/send this week?”
05 — Strategy + Execution
Then we get to work.
Depending on our agreed scope, I’ll manage and execute marketing initiatives, coordinate moving pieces, develop campaigns, create or review marketing assets, and keep projects moving forward.
06 — Ongoing Communication
You’ll have direct access to me through our dedicated Slack channel throughout the month.
Slack will be our central place for questions, feedback, approvals, ideas, and day-to-day communication, while scheduled calls will be used for larger strategic conversations.
07 — Measure + Optimize
I’ll continually review performance to understand what’s working, what isn’t, and where we should adjust.
Marketing priorities can evolve as we learn more about your audience and business, so the strategy evolves with them.
08 — Monthly Review
We’ll review performance, completed initiatives, key learnings, and upcoming priorities so you always understand what’s happening with your marketing and where we’re going next.

What This Service Is — And Isn't

Think of me as your part-time Marketing Manager.
I’m there to think strategically, identify opportunities, organize priorities, execute marketing initiatives, analyze performance, and help make better marketing decisions.
It does not mean unlimited marketing deliverables or unlimited access. We’ll establish a clear monthly scope and priorities at the beginning of our engagement so expectations are clear on both sides.
If your needs grow beyond the agreed scope, we can adjust the monthly engagement accordingly.

Who This Is For

Fractional Marketing Management is ideal for businesses that:
Need experienced marketing support but aren't ready for a full-time hire
Have marketing happening, but no one truly owns it
Have a founder or business owner currently managing marketing themselves
Need both strategy and someone who can execute
Have multiple marketing channels that need better coordination
Work with freelancers or vendors but need someone to provide direction
Have outgrown ad-hoc marketing and need a more structured approach
Want an experienced marketer embedded in the business without building an entire internal department
It’s particularly well suited to small and growing businesses that have reached the point where marketing needs an owner, not another task on someone’s to-do list.
