Bring your operational priorities together and turn them into working systems.
The Operations Implementation Partnership is a structured, hands-on engagement for established small businesses and professional-service teams that have a clear business direction but need help implementing several related operational improvements.
Rather than managing your day-to-day operations, Next Step Support organizes and implements an agreed set of projects over a defined six-week engagement.
Included:
Review and organization of approved operational priorities
Defined implementation plan, deliverables, dependencies, and sequence
Configuration and improvement of agreed business systems and workflows
CRM, project-management, automation, and integration work within the approved scope
Implementation of related processes, templates, tasks, and handoffs
Testing, troubleshooting, and corrections for approved deliverables
Written weekly progress updates
Documentation and a recorded walkthrough
Final written implementation summary
One reasonable revision round for approved work
Five business days of written transition support for clarification and in-scope corrections
Examples of appropriate projects:
Improving a CRM and its related workflows
Organizing a project-management workspace and operating procedures
Connecting business systems to reduce duplicated work
Implementing several related internal processes
Building a substantial custom website with connected client-facing systems as a separately defined engagement
Not included:
Business strategy development or executive decision-making
Ongoing operations management or virtual-assistant services
Routine administrative work
Unlimited projects, revisions, meetings, or support
Unrelated requests outside the approved priorities
Ongoing software administration or maintenance
Specialist development or services not included in the approved proposal
Client responsibilities:
The client must have an established business direction, identify a primary decision-maker, provide necessary access and information, and respond to questions and approvals within the agreed timeframe.
Timeline and scope:
The engagement includes six active implementation weeks after required preparation is complete. Specific priorities, committed deliverables, conditional work, dependencies, and final fixed pricing are established in the approved proposal.
The project includes written progress updates, testing, documentation, a recorded walkthrough, and a five-business-day written transition period after handoff.
This is a defined implementation partnership—not an ongoing retainer, general operations-management service, or open-ended support arrangement.
