What's included

• Kickoff Consultation

  This step involves understanding the client's needs, objectives, and vision for the Notion workflow. It includes a thorough discussion about the specifics of the workflow, such as what kind of databases are needed, what should be the interconnection between them, and the key features that the workflow should have. This stage will conclude with a comprehensive understanding of the requirements.

• Workflow Blueprint

  Post requirements gathering, a mind map of the ideal workflow will be created. This will help visualize the structure of the Notion workflow and identify the key elements that need to be developed. Brainstorming and discussions with the client about the blueprint will ensure that the workflow will meet their needs.

• Building Databases

  With the requirements and blueprint in hand, we will start building the required databases. These databases will be the building blocks of the workflow and will be designed to accommodate and organize all necessary data

• Database Integration and Advanced Functionalities

  At this stage, we will connect the different databases together and add advanced functionalities like relational links, rollups, formulas, etc., as per the blueprint. This will enable smooth interoperation between different parts of the workflow and will help realize the functionalities envisioned during the planning stage.

• Dashboard Creation

  Once all the databases are in place and connected, the main dashboard will be created. This will serve as the central hub from where users can access all parts of the Notion workflow. The design and layout of the dashboard will be done keeping in mind the client's preferences and the overall usability.

• Feedback and Iterations

  With the initial version of the Notion workflow ready, it will be time for the client to test it and provide feedback. Any issues, improvements, or changes required will be noted down during this phase.

• Final Testing and Handover

  Post feedback, necessary changes will be made and the Notion workflow will be tested thoroughly for any potential issues or bottlenecks. Once the final version is ready and has been approved by the client, the workflow will be handed over. A final walkthrough will be provided to ensure the client is comfortable with using and managing the workflow.

• Post-Handover Support

  After the handover, support will be provided for a specific period to handle any queries or issues the client might face. This will also include any minor tweaks or changes that might be required post-deployment.
