Worked many projects for top tier brands including BMW Group, Bupa and Three. My work for Pets at Home contributed significantly to a 10.2% increase in sales (an additional £56m) following a UX/UI review and redesign of their PDP/PLP, basket and checkout areas.

Reviewed, tested and refined online product taxonomies for Speedo, Canterbury and Berghaus in a UX Architect role. This enabled customers to find the products they wanted more quickly and easily on their websites, resulting in a much improved CVR (+8.2%).
