Summary

My job in your production will be to understand the overall needs of team leads every day of production. My job is to ensure we're prepared for production, from arranging shoot locations to constantly communicating with crew and vendors to ensuring a clean and concise wrap process.

What's included

Pre-Production
- Organizing Production Office/Calendar and Shared Drive - Organizing equipment, rentals and pickups/dropoffs - Coordinating travel accommodations - Attaining all necessary permits - Vetting crew - Creating and distributing: shooting schedules, crew and cast lists, scripts, and script revisions
Production
- Preparing, updating, and distributing daily crew lists & callsheets - daily scene-by-scene progress reports - On top of all script changes in coordination with AD - Organizes and tracks all transportation requirements - Wrap services: closes accounts with suppliers, returns surplus stock, SOWs, invoicing, and general loose end tier!
