We define who will use the bot, what they need to do and which data it can access. The service can grow from a small command-based helper into connected support, moderation or operational workflows once the first use case is proven.

The starter covers either Telegram or Discord, up to three commands, one authorized API or database connection and a simple permission check where needed. A typical flow receives a request, validates its fields, looks up or saves a record and sends a useful reply.

I write out the command and response flow, build the bot and test normal requests, missing fields, unauthorized users and an unavailable data source. You review a working preview, with one consolidated revision round within the agreed behavior. The bot uses the platform’s supported application interfaces.

You receive source code, a command guide and configuration and deployment instructions. We agree the target hosting environment before work starts. Bot registration and account permissions belong to your account; hosting and third-party service charges remain separate.
