I have many years of experience in helping students in higher education to edit and complete a thesis or dissertation on time and at the highest level of quality. Having my own years of experience in academic papers and projects, I know not only the stress and effort it takes to complete these, but how important it is to have a second set of eyes on your writing and another brain to provide support and feedback. The culmination of countless hours of your work is a wonderful achievement, but until it's finished, it's also one of the roughest parts of your life. I will help you to maintain quality along the way, consider new research, and proofread to ensure everything says what you mean it to say. I have assisted in a wide variety of topics that I am no master of, from chemistry to economics, and I don't shy away from projects even if I need to look up what half the words mean. I believe my ability to learn as I go about your topics is actually helpful to your paper, because I am there checking to make sure everything is readable, well-cited, and providing detailed feedback related to your text from beginning to end. I will also meticulously ensure that your citations are clear, correctly formatted, and that your document conforms to your school's requirements if you provide those parameters to me.

Process

We discuss your project needs, deadlines, and any other issues that we can foresee arising. When we've agreed on these initial details, we get started. Whether you've already got a lot of work written out or you are just beginning to write, we'll go over what happens next. I will provide edits and feedback along the way, assist in researching as needed, but you ultimately must be the author of your academic endeavor. This process includes you! If this are special formatting requirements, I will ensure that your document is properly conforming to those standards. I will edit, rewrite, and even generate tiny bits of writing to improve the quality of your work, but, again, I must stress, that academic integrity must be maintained. I will prevent you submitting from accidental plagiarism and I will not ask AI to write a single word in your paper, even if it's a simple rewriting of a sentence for clarity.

FAQs

Will you write my paper for me?
No, this is academic dishonesty and grounds for expulsion from your school. In the course of my work, I may change or even write small snippets in order to rewrite or better bridge your writing, but these instances will be both rare and amount to a very minor amount of writing and require your writing to already be there to edit in this way.
I have all the research, can you put it together for me?
Yes and no. If you've copied and pasted full articles or large quotes from a source and your entire paper consists of this, I will figure it out quickly and you will need to work to change this. If you have some quotes or some research that you simply aren't sure how to assimilate into the rest of your writing, I will absolutely be able to help you put that together. There is a big difference in these circumstances!
Can you help me plan out the paper?
Absolutely! Outlines are so helpful, and I would especially recommend that we work on this together if you believe yourself not to be a strong writer or if you find yourself dreading getting started. Outlines are excellent for discovering that you actually do have a better idea of what you're doing than you may realize.
I have trouble focusing, planning, or setting aside time to work. Can you help me with this?
Yes! I am practically head zealot in the "Church of Time Management" and have learned the incredible value of figuring out the best strategies for time management for each individual (those strategies are not always the same, but they do have the same principles). Part of my services will be as a coach, to help you get set up for success.
