Summary

Accelerate your product development with my low-code MVP building service. I specialize in creating robust MVPs using Bubble and JavaScript, integrated with essential tools like Stripe and Loops. Process

Projects are executed in sprints and managed within Plutio, a client portal. Each sprint typically lasts for a week, a fortnight, or a month.

In each sprint, I manage tasks on a task board. The task boards are organized into five groups:

Backlog: Contains items that need to be addressed. Unpicked items are moved to subsequent sprints' backlogs.

Pending: Items picked up from the backlog for the current sprint.

In Progress: Tasks currently being worked on by the team.

Blocked: Items that have a dependency on the client, developer or a third party.

Done: Items that have passed both internal and dev QA.

Mark as done: Items that have passed the client QA and are ready to be pushed to production. Each task within these groups includes:

At the end of each sprint, an official 30-minute call is scheduled with all the stakeholders to review the work done during the sprint and finalize the plan for the next sprint. To maintain close collaboration and regular feedback loops, I conduct sprint review meetings 1 to 3 days after the conclusion of each sprint. These meetings serve as a pivotal touchpoint for project evaluation and feedback gathering.

Development of a fully functional MVP using a low-code stack (Bubble.io), integrated with essential tools like Stripe for payments and Loops for communication. The MVP will be tailored to your specific business requirements and ready for initial user testing.

Integration with necessary third-party services and APIs to enhance the functionality of your MVP. This may include payment gateways, analytics tools, or other relevant services.
Quality Assurance and Testing
Comprehensive testing of the MVP to ensure all features are working as intended. This includes functional testing, usability testing, and bug fixing.
