Get all transactions into QuickBooks or Xero to make sure you don't miss any tax deductions.
Categorize all expense and income transactions into their proper accounts.
Reconcile accounts to ensure QuickBooks/Xero matches the bank and credit card statements.
In-depth review of Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet.
Ask questions if any transactions need clarifying and ensure they are recorded correctly.
Done, you are all caught up!

  • Do I need accounting software already?

    Nope, you don't need to be using accounting software to start working with me. I can help decide which software will be best for you and set it all up for you. It can be easier to start from scratch sometimes, so don’t feel like you are behind! If you already use accounting software, I'll have a discussion to make sure you are happy with it or if I recommend changing for a better fit. I specialize in QuickBooks Online and Xero for our clients.

  • What if I haven't started bookkeeping yet?

    If you don’t have any books yet, no problem! We will start from scratch.

  • I am happy with my books after catching up, do you maintain books monthly?

    Why yes! I love maintaining your books after catching them up! I offer a monthly service where we can continue to work together and you never have to worry about bookkeeping tasks again.

  • What will I need to get started?

    I have a quick form for you to fill out to make sure I know what I need to get started. Then I will send an invite to get access to work in your accounting software. I will also be requesting bank/credit card statements and payroll reports. There may be other documents I need depending on what all you have going on in your business, but I will let you know!
