Design Liaison
I can provide a 1 on 1 service of design that includes shared screen meetings, emails, and instant messaging to ensure you receive a design that fits all your requirements.
3D Renders
Once we have reviewed your designs, I can generate full color renders that include textures, lighting, and accurate colors to better illustrate your desired results.
Architectural Drawings
A set of drawings showing floor plans, elevations, sections, finish schedules, etc.
Shop Drawings
A set of technical drawings to give to your fabricator to carry out the production of the furniture or features that you would like to have in your project.
Fabrication Liaision
If desired, I can provide services to jump on shared screen meetings with your fabricator to clear any doubts regarding the design and it's construction method to ensure that there is no misinterpretation of the shop drawings delivered.
Installation Consultant
If required, I can provide the service of a consultant for the installation crew to carry out the installation of the furniture or features designed, ensuring that all details are observed: lighting chase ways, plumbing fixture locations, lighting fixture installations, etc.
