Summary

My Project Management experience can guarantee a smooth transition from beginning to end in your project. Going through all the stages: estimation, conceptual design, architectural design, production drawings, installation manuals, etc.

Process

This service will start with an introductory call to get a full grasp of your project's intent and budget.
In the introductory call we will review the space allotted for your project, the finishes you want to have, inspirational pictures, verbal input of the final goal for the space to be designed, special requests or requirements etc.
Once the concept has been clearly stablished, we can start with a quick draft of a 3D model for you to navigate and generate input on your likes and dislikes. After a few rounds of revisions, we can zero down on all the details you would like to have keeping in mind your budget for such design.
The next stage is the rendering of the area or areas to be constructed. During this stage, we can fine tune the colors, textures, lighting locations, etc. to your liking and prior to creating the architectural drawings.
Following the 3D renders, the Architectural drawings are delivered. Using the Architectural Drawings you can go back to your space and make a layout with the dimensions provided in the floor plans, elevations and reflected ceiling plans delivered, to ensure everything fits giving you enough room to navigate through furniture, appliances, or features you have decided to include.
After the Architectural drawings have been approved, we can move forward to the shop drawings for a fabrication team to put everything production.
At this point, I can reach out to your selected fabricator and clear up any doubts regarding any production issues they may come across.
Finally, once the products are wrapped and delivered to your location, I can also be in touch with your installation crew to review all the details included in a successful installation of your customized interior.

  • Estimation

    You will receive a spreadsheet with the estimated costs of materials, fabrication time, and installation times.

  • Design Liaison

    I can provide a 1 on 1 service of design that includes shared screen meetings, emails, and instant messaging to ensure you receive a design that fits all your requirements.

  • 3D Renders

    Once we have reviewed your designs, I can generate full color renders that include textures, lighting, and accurate colors to better illustrate your desired results.

  • Architectural Drawings

    A set of drawings showing floor plans, elevations, sections, finish schedules, etc.

  • Shop Drawings

    A set of technical drawings to give to your fabricator to carry out the production of the furniture or features that you would like to have in your project.

  • Fabrication Liaision

    If desired, I can provide services to jump on shared screen meetings with your fabricator to clear any doubts regarding the design and it's construction method to ensure that there is no misinterpretation of the shop drawings delivered.

  • Installation Consultant

    If required, I can provide the service of a consultant for the installation crew to carry out the installation of the furniture or features designed, ensuring that all details are observed: lighting chase ways, plumbing fixture locations, lighting fixture installations, etc.
