Summary

Need help starting to look at your user analytics for your online app after making some big changes? Or did you already do the overhaul and want to see if it had the impact you hoped for? Planning a website overhaul and want feedback on the design changes, and help setting up user analytics tracking? identifying specific metrics to focus on?

I will give more in-depth feedback and review, over the course of 3-4 meetings. This includes design mockups AND set up for measuring their success over the long-term (analytics tagging, test plans, etc.). Get help connecting your design and numbers you see, to the customer behaviors you care about, and the business outcomes you want.

Design mockups
Visual documentation of recommended changes to the user experience, based on best practices and provided user data. Includes a sync meeting and 2 rounds of revisions.
Analytics tagging and test plans
Detailed plan of specific interactions and UI elements to tag using your analytics tracker of choice. Also includes test plans for specific analyses to run and assess performance.
User Journey Map + Suggested KPIs
Map of key journey maps, which include specific metrics from the included test plan to use as KPIs for your business performance. Includes a sync meeting and 2 rounds of revisions.
Final revew meeting
A final meeting to review the deliverables and detail next steps for hand off.
