Summary

Want to plan big changes to your customer experience and don't know where to start with the design you already have? Want to start measuring how your app is being received by users, and don’t know where to start with setting up analytics tracking or customer research? Need someone to help you navigate larger problems customers are having with your website? Do you need a prototype that helps you get the feedback you need from customers?
I will work with you to start making design changes to your website or application, and set up analytics to measure success, and walk you through how to understand the information you’ll receive from your customers. I can also help you test different design ideas with customers before committing to specific changes that will cost money and time to implement.

What's included

  • New design wireframes and mockups

    Includes design for new user flows and screens, and revisions of current ones. Wireframes and mockups will include any required information (design system documentation, developer notes, etc.). INcludes any licensed and custom assets.

  • Prototypes (and other feedback materials)

    Clickable prototypes made in Figma, Framer, code, or other available tools. Can be used for presentations or user testing purposes.

  • Analytics code setup (using Google, or other tools)

    Includes initial set up of tracking code, dashboards, and tagging UI, using tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Datadog, or other user analytics/tracking tools.

  • User research sessions

    Includes set up and conducting user research on relevant user flows, conducting interviews, competitor research, and other user research methods, as needed for the project.
