Can I get an estimated timeframe before starting?
Yes, after understanding your project, I’ll provide an estimated timeframe. My service is billed by the hour, as some projects may only need a day or two from a professional.
How involved will I be in this project?
You’ll get updates at least twice a day during the initial stages and once daily in later phases. If you prefer more or fewer updates, adjustments can be made.
Do you provide CAM code?
No, I don’t provide CAM codes. The vast number of machines, CAM software, and tools make it impractical and risky for manufacturers to rely on provided CAM. Instead, I offer detailed documentation and technical drawings to communicate effectively with machinists in their own terms.
Can you deliver the parts?
While I recommend working with local manufacturers for cost efficiency, I can facilitate connections with reliable machinists and handle shipping logistics. However, I do not manage border control issues or verify the legality of shipping parts to your location.
Can you give estimated prices?
Yes, I can help you collect price estimates from manufacturers with global services like Xometry or PCBWay, providing you with a comprehensive cost overview.
