Process

Brief Collection and Brand Goals Discussion:
The first step involves a detailed discussion and gathering information about the brand, its mission, values, target audience, and unique features. This information forms the foundation for the brand book's direction.
Moodboard Creation:
Based on the collected brief, a moodboard is created to visualize the style and tone of the brand. This helps align the vision between the designer and the client.
Logo Concepts and Brand Identity Development:
2-3 logo concepts are created, along with examples of brand identity development, including the use of graphic elements, color palettes, and typography. These concepts demonstrate how the key elements of the brand's visual identity will look.
Approval and Refinement of the Selected Concept:
After selecting one of the proposed concepts, it is refined and polished to its final form, taking into account all client feedback.
Creation of Visual Elements:
All graphic elements are created, including icons, patterns, fonts, and templates for various materials such as business cards, letterheads, presentations, and social media templates.
Development of Tone of Voice Guidelines:
The brand's communication tone and style are defined, including examples of texts and recommendations for using language in various contexts.
Creation of Photography and Visual Content Style Guides:
Guidelines are developed for the style of photography and video, including examples of preferred images, color schemes, and compositions.
Preparation of Mockups and Visualizations:
Visual examples are created to show how brand elements will be used in real-world applications, such as websites, packaging, and advertising materials.
Brand Book Layout and Preparation:
Based on all the collected and approved elements, the brand book is assembled in a PDF format, including all necessary guidelines and brand usage recommendations.
Final File Delivery to the Client:
The final brand book and all source files (logos, fonts, graphic elements, templates, etc.) are delivered to the client for further use.
